Shruti Haasan and Tamannaah have been best friends for years. The duo celebrated New Year in style and took to Instagram to share photos from their meet-up.
In her caption, Shruti Haasan revealed her nickname for Tamannaah and wrote that she was happy to see her on the first day of the New Year.

On New Year, Shruti Haasan took to Instagram to share a couple of photos from their recent meet-up. In one photo, they can be seen sporting goofy expressions and showing 2 0 2 1 with their fingers. In another photo, Shruti and Tamannaah strike a nice pose for the camera.
While Tamannaah can be seen wearing a jean dress, Shruti Haasan can be seen wearing a blue shirt and shorts for their get-together. Calling her Tam Tam, Shruti Haasan joked that they cannot spell numbers.
Sharing the two photos, Shruti Haasan wrote, “Happy new year to you from 1202 so happy to see my lovely tam tams on the first day of the new year !!! @tamannaahspeaks #wecantspellnumbers (sic).”
